Code Bite Solutions currently operates as a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME), registered under Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-GJ-20-0215341, and does not meet the statutory thresholds prescribed under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 (relating to mandatory CSR spending and reporting for certain qualifying companies). Accordingly, this page reflects our own voluntary values-driven approach and is not published in satisfaction of any mandatory CSR obligation under Indian company law.

Our approach to social responsibility is guided by the following principles:

1. Digital Accessibility and Inclusion — We recognise the value of accessible, well-designed digital experiences and aim to apply good accessibility practices in our own work where reasonably practicable, and to encourage clients to consider accessibility in their own digital properties.

Environmental Responsibility — We aim to conduct our operations in a manner mindful of environmental impact, including through reliance on cloud-based and remote working practices that reduce physical infrastructure and commuting footprint, and by choosing service providers who themselves demonstrate reasonable environmental practices, where practicable.
3. Ethical Business Conduct — We are committed to conducting our business honestly, transparently, and in compliance with applicable law, including in our dealings with clients, contractors, and partners, and in the representations we make regarding our Services.
4. Support for Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs — As a business built to serve other small and growing businesses, we aim to price and structure our Services in a manner that makes quality digital services accessible to small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs, alongside larger clients.

3. Encourage efficient, well-optimised website builds (including through our Performance & Core Web Vitals Optimisation service) that reduce unnecessary data transfer and server load, which we consider to be aligned with both good technical practice and reduced environmental impact.

4. Community and Knowledge Sharing

We aim to make useful, accurate, and practical information about web development, digital marketing, and related topics available through the “Insights” section of our Website, free of charge, for the benefit of the broader business and technology community, consistent with the terms of our Disclaimer.
