6. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data to any third party for monetary consideration. We may disclose your Personal Data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: To trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, currently limited to Google LLC (for website analytics via Google Analytics) and Hostinger (for website hosting and domain services). Each such provider is authorised to use your Personal Data only to the extent necessary to perform the relevant service and is contractually or by policy bound to appropriate confidentiality and security standards.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Data

Certain third-party service providers we use, including Google LLC, may process data on servers located outside India. By using the Website and Services, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your Personal Data to jurisdictions outside India for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to any restriction on cross-border transfer that may be notified by the Government of India from time to time under the DPDP Act. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any such transfer is subject to appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, tax, or reporting requirements. In determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, and applicable legal requirements. Invoicing and transaction-related records are generally retained for a minimum period as required under applicable Indian tax and accounting law. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, or upon a valid request for erasure where no overriding legal obligation to retain the data exists, we will securely delete or anonymise the relevant Personal Data.
